About Bob Whiting – Your Seminar Leader

Bob Whiting, President of Whiting & Associates, Inc. is much more than just a dynamic public speaker.  The combination of his educational background and hands-on management experience make him uniquely qualified to provide you with practical, proven solutions to your problems.  Bob earned BBA and MBA degrees in Personnel and Industrial Relations and taught management and labor relations courses at a DFW area university for 15 years. He has over 35 years of real-world experience ranging from the factory floor, through supervision and management and into consulting. As a successful management consultant since 1978, he has hands-on experience in developing effective human resource policy manuals, employee handbooks, and supervisory training programs for client companies. More than 45,000 companies nationwide have sent their managers and supervisors to his widely acclaimed Human Resource Management training programs. He is also a frequent guest speaker at Human Resource and Trade Association meetings nationwide.

Bob is the author of the books: Handbook of Sample Personnel Policies and Procedures and Practical H/R Management.  His practical, no-nonsense style avoids the boring and confusing equivocation found in other seminars.
